He is survived by: his children, James Clower Jr. (Regina Davis) of Hohenwald, Natasha Clark (Brandon) of Hohenwald, Vicki Germann (Ed) of North Carolina, Eugena Power (Derrick) of Hohenwald, Julia Clower of Westmoreland, Janice Mills of Columbia, TN, Peggy Martin of Columbia, TN and Teressa Crutcher of Hohenwald, TN. He is also survived by 24 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.

“My condolences to all the family for the loss of mr james "jim" frank clower. I have known jim for 50 + years & we used to be tight back in the mid 70's & 80's. Jim was one of the best ironworkers i have ever had the pleasure working with. Most of the time he was a foreman and if red iron was going up he was the man to get the job done. We finally went our separate ways when he retired. It had been a long time since i had saw him till i went 2-3 years ago & glad i did. A good man, sadly missed.”
