She was predeceased by: her husband James William Simmons; her parents, James Webster and Callie Smith Webster; her half-sister Mildred Stephens; and her siblings, Veolia Ledbetter, Bonnie Bodine, Herbert Webster and Terry Webster.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie W. Simmons (Susan) of Signal Mountain and Janice A. Lanier (Chris) of Hixson; her grandsons, Matthew Lanier, Jeffrey Simmons and Scott Simmons (Allison); her great grandchildren, Mitch Simmons, Avery Simmons, Piper Simmons, Jewel Lanier and Callie Lanier; and her brothers, Claude Webster of Chattanooga, T. K. Webster of Chattanooga, Joe Webster of Chattanooga and Meb Webster of Chattanooga.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Williamson & Sons Funeral Home (8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
