He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jo Ann Barger Johnson; his children, Teresa Martino Lerner of Nashville Tennessee, Willard Timothy Johnson of Chattanooga and Paul Stephen Johnson of Frankfort Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Anthony W. Martino of Hixson, Joseph V. Martino II of Hixson and Ashton Nicole Lucas (Johnson). He was also cherished by many brothers and sisters; and brother and sisters- in-law, uncle and aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, great-grandchildren.
Spiritually, Willard H. Johnson also served as an Honorable Certified Gideon Speaker for churches inside the North Hamilton County Camp for over 30+ years, where 100% of donations collected were used to buy bibles to be handed out locally and issued in 200 Countries Worldwide! Willard loved the Gideons and had a DEEP passion to find a church to speak in every Sunday that he could organize for bible studies and collected bible donations.
