He is survived by: his children, Samantha Siever of Dunlap, TN and Ruel Siever of Dayton, TN; and his siblings, Margaret Worthington of Hixson, Eulanda Goolsby (Jim) of Cookeville, TN, Roger Siever (Martha Bess) of Pikeville and Tommy Siever (Nancy) of Pikeville. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
