She was predeceased by: her daughter Amie Oric; her parents, Arnold C. West and Clara West; and her brothers, Stephen West and Douglas West.

She is survived by: her children, Danielle Slade, Jennifer McCullough and Bradley Marsh; her grandchildren, Alexandra Slade, Eric Slade, Connor McCullough and Christian McCullough; and her sisters, Dottie Lucas and Samantha Dawson (Chris).
