He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Palmer and Henrietta Palmer; and his siblings, Teresa Palmer Zare (Reza), Nancy Palmer and Mark Palmer (Debbie).
He is survived by: his wife Cyndee Holder Palmer; his siblings-in-law, Gene and Emalene Holder; his pets, Dexter and Daisy; his siblings, Lynn (Jim), Danny Palmer (Amy), James Palmer (Gwen) and Mary Palmer (Vince Stevens); and his nieces and nephews, Megan (Ryan Thompson), Bridget, Beth Haraldsen (Jason), Becki Bugbee (Shawn), Rae Baqui (Steven), Sara Palmer (Arlen DeCambre), Eri Fallau (Leroy), Tai Kenolio (Waylen), Esmat (Matt Corcoran), Ali, Maria Zare, Matt, Skye and Joe Campbell (Joey Alongi).
Donations in Steve's memory may be made to Oak Ridge High School Athletic Department to benefit the financial needs of student athletes.
