He is survived by: his wife Ann White; his children, Jeffrey Allen (Ann), Amy Carver (Brad), Jill Hall (Brent) and Meg Fugatt (Ben); and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Allen II (Basak), Taylor Sparks, Brandon Carver, Katie Carver, Madison Sparks, Will Fugatt, Kaylee Hall, Spring Whited (Kevin) and Anna Whited.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Hixson United Methodist Church or the ALS Foundation.
