He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Tucker and Peggy Tucker; his sister Brenda T. Clowdus; and his son Daniel Patrick Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Amanda Tucker Gross and Rebecca Tucker Parr (Billy); his stepdaughter Kim Hearn Hendricks; his grandchildren, Daniel Tucker Gross and Sarah Paige Gross; his niece Sherri Pirtle (Richard); his great-niece KaLee Pirtle; his great-nephew Mason Pirtle; and his pets, Sophie and Bella.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude or the Hamilton County Humane Society.
