He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Rock and Blanch Rock; and his brother Herb Rock of Mount Vernon, OH.. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Frazier Rock; his children, Bill Rock (Kim), Teri Flemming (Howard) and Tim Rock; his grandchildren, Lindsey Pearson (Chris Rodriguez), Michael Pearson (Alisha), Abby Herron (Billy) and Matthew Rock; and his great grandchildren, Gwyn, Nik, Aubrey, Payton, Emma, Atticus, Alainah, Violet, Jerrett and Avery.
