He was predeceased by: his mother Jessie Durham. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kennedy; his daughters, Caitlin and Courtney Kennedy; his stepchildren, Chris Petty (Jennifer) and Stephanie Stinson (David); and his grandchildren, Austin, Aleea, Kilyn, Jackson, Brody and Pierce.
