He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Freeman and Elizabeth Freeman; his brother Steven Freeman; and his cousin Betty Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Freeman; his sons, Robert "Bobby" Freeman (Courtney) and James "Jay" Freeman (Katy); his grandchildren, Kara, Mirra, Kamryn and Brice; his brother Tyler Freeman (Marilyn); and his close friends, David Lewis, Gary, Debbie Gill, John, Kathy Ahern, Jean Bearden, Gay Cohen, Linda Shell, Lynda F. Miller, Margaret "Maf" Fairchild, Carol Hamilton, Terri Cox and Freda Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
