He is survived by: his son Rockey Hall (Brenda) of Hixson, TN.; and his grandchildren, Nathan Proctor, Emily Proctor, Sarah Proctor, Justin Proctor, Evan Hall, Landon Hall and Cayden Hall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
