We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Richard Smartt Belcher Sr. (Hixson, Tennessee). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Denise Belcher DeArmond (Eben) and Dr. Rick Belcher (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Samuel Richard Belcher, Hannah Belcher and Bailey Belcher.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his memory to Chattanooga Room in The Inn or to Chattanooga Metro YMCA for Camp Ocoee scholarships.
