He is survived by: his wife Tommie Curtis (Fairbanks); his children, Stephanie (David Antokal) and Blake (Lechelle Curtis); his grandchildren, Levi of Middle Valley, TN., Lucas of Middle Valley, TN. and Brystol Curtis of Middle Valley, TN.; his brother William David; and his sister-in-law Debbie Curtis of Harrison, TN. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
