She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Jones. She is survived by: her children, Michael Jones (Monica) and Kim Hamill (Jerry); her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Nikki, Shelby and Stacey; her great grandchildren, Thea, Nora and David; and her sisters, Carol Pierce (Don) and Bonnie Hood (Rick). She is also survived by several nephews, nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to McKamey Animal Center in Pat's honor.
