She was predeceased by: her husband Albert "Bill" Thibodeaux; her parents, Elmer Parker and Bertha Parker; and her siblings, Doris Gatlin and Doug Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Thibodeaux and Albert "Billy" Thibodeaux (Caki); her grandchildren, Lee Thibodeaux (Alicia), Kyle Thibodeaux (Rachel) and Jake Thibodeaux (Audrey); and her great grandchildren, Ann Hollis Thibodeaux, Jerome Thibodeaux, Taylor Thibodeaux and Jax Thibodeaux.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Opal's memory.
