He was predeceased by: his brother Jack Hall. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Hall; his children, Tammy Lynn Zinkann (Todd), Louis Andrew Hall and John Thomas Hall (Yen); and his grandchildren, Sophia Steigerwald (Sean), Austin Zinkann (Rachel), Jack Zinkann, Cassie Hall, Lucy Hall, Chloe Hall and John Luke Hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Red Bank Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 115 Morrison Springs Road, Chattanooga, TN 37415 or Michael J. Fox Parkinson Foundation.
