With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lisa Moncier (Hixson, Tennessee), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on October 26, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Jason Millard; her grandparents, Charles, Dorcy Millard and Margie Minyard; and her brother Charles E. Millard.
She is survived by: her son John Eugene Moncier; her parents, John Millard and Mary Millard; her brother John Corey Millard (Lucinda); and her grandchildren, Cole Millard and Victoria Millard. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
