He is survived by: his wife Pat Mangum; his children, Stephanie Newman (Dereck), Laura Hardee (Wayon) and Jeffrey Mangum; his grandsons, Joshua Eustice (Lauren), Michael Culbertson, Austin Hardee and Braden Hardee; his great grandchild Owen Eustice; and his sister Patricia Stewart.
