It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Gale Melton of Hixson, Tennessee, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Melton and Eula Melton; his brother Linwood Melton; and his son-in-law Craig Miller. He is survived by: his wife Martha Melton; his siblings, Ray Melton (Shirley) and Regina Swiney; his daughters, Lorrie Miller and Jenny Hansen (Jeff); his stepchildren, Gene Powell (Sandy) and Tammy Reyna; and his grandchildren, Matt Haas (Brandy), Amy Foster (Tre), Garrett Hansen, Hailey Hansen, Tatum Hansen, Ashley Williamson, Talon Williamson, David Johnson, Jason Johnson, April Tucker, Ashley Powell and Tiffany Powell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many great-grandchildren.
