Janet Leahey Coombes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Leahey Coombes of Hixson, Tennessee, who passed away on February 1, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Leahey and Marie Mensing Leahey; her husband Bernard Frederick Coombes; her son Thomas Coombes; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Coombes.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Coombes, Mary Pat Hall (Garrick) and Daniel Coombes (Renee Martin); her grandchildren, Ryan Coombes, Drew Lewis, Austin Coombes (Lane), Luke Lewis (Jamie), Harrison Coombes and Gabe Hall; and her brother Ray Leahey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Catholic Church, Hospice of Chattanooga or your favorite charity.
