He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Sasse and Carolyn Sasse. He is survived by: his wife Susan Dragoo; his children, John (Hayden Price) and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Sage and Poppy; and his siblings, Sharon Sasse (Jane Fraizer) and Carl Sasse of St. Louis.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church (612 James Blvd, Signal Mountain, TN 37377). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
