He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks Bentley and Ruby Bentley; and his brother Jerry Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bentley; his children, Kelly Varner (Dan), David Bentley (Joy) and Brooke Martin (Slade); his grandchildren, Sarah Conner (Justin), Carter, Addison Bentley, Gauge, Beck, Liv and Ridge Martin; and his great grandchild Raelyn Conner.
