He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Norma Sue Smith; and his son Nate Smith. He is survived by: his wife DeAnna; his son Jeremy (Kristi Rearden); his grandsons, Christian, Hunter, Blake and Landon; his siblings, Pamela (Dean Brock), Kimberly (Michael Green) and Robert (Sandra Smith); and his aunts, Helen Campbell and Barbara Emmett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
