He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Marie Richmond and Obey Owen Richmond; his siblings, Manford Richmond, Betty Richmond Suddreth and Minyard Richmond; his stepmother Hattie Pearl Richmond; and his stepsister Sylvia Riddle Rennick.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Richmond; his children, Teresa Lynn Flahaut (Stan), Debra Kay Griffin (Kirk) and William Cary Richmond (Kathy); his sibling Everece "Ace" Richmond; his grandchildren, Bradley Kirk Griffin, Brett Laurence Griffin (Kate), Brooke Richmond Griffin and Dustan Ryan Flahaut (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Winnie, Yates, Sarah and Franklin Holt Griffin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Turner Funeral Home (3913 Webb Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37416). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Frank's name to the American Heart Association or Samaritan's Purse, honoring his legacy of generosity and service.
