She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Shirk. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Funderburk (Randall), Steve Shirk (Bonnie) and James Shirk (Sandra); her grandchildren, Thomas Funderburk (Priya), Logan Funderburk, Tanner Shirk (Kelly), Hunter Shirk (Areli), Talbot Shirk (Kelsey), Owen Shirk (Mary Rachel) and Anna Shirk (Blake); and her great grandchildren, Miller, Eliza Shirk, Luke and Ella Funderburk. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to First Lutheran Church, 2800 McCallie Avenue or Hearth Hospice.
