She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Edwards and Kathryn Edwards; and her son Ethan Aaron Hicks. She is survived by: her husband Terry Hicks; her daughter Amanda Deanne Hicks; her sisters, Sandra Wheeler (Marvin), Peggy Burnette (Eddie) and Laurie Ashley (Rae); and her siblings-in-law, David Hicks, Mark Hicks and Angie Sanders (Willis). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
