With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Derek Douglas Howard (Hixson, Tennessee), who passed away on April 12, 2019 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur and Claire Lafreniere; and his brother-in-law Brian Alfonso. He is survived by: his siblings, Traci Lafreniere Alfonso, Tara Landon (John), Matthew Howard and Emily Howard; his grandparents, Roger and Beverly Howard; and his stepgrandfather Michael. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
