She is survived by: her mother Frances Brooks; her children, Joshua Carlisle (Jessica), Tammy Patterson (James), Carrie Thomas (Stanley) and Rebecca Smith (Tony); her siblings, Michael Brooks (Margaret), Dennis Brooks (Cathy) and Valarie Witt; and her friend Wanda. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and several nieces, nephews.
