She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis and Mary Chadwick Sr.; and her brothers, Louis Chadwick Jr. and Michael Chadwick. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Teague; and her nieces, Adrienne, Lisa and Juanita.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home (601 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, TN 37415). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
