He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Cecil; and his brother Raymond Cecil. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Cecil; his daughter Jessica Fugunt (Gregg); his grandson Shepherd; and his brothers, Kenneth, Douglas, Ronald (Ava), Daniel, Timothy (Tonya) and Bryant Cecil (Kimberly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
