He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Chuck" Dean; his brother Casey Lucas Dean; and his grandparents, Haskel, Lafern McDowell Swanger and Billy Dean.
He is survived by: his mother Kathy Swanger Dean; his grandmother Ruby Dean; and his aunts and uncles, Tammy Boston (Craig), Kathy Hatfield (F. A.), Janet Tate (Quay), Glena Jacobs (Jimmy), Coy Swanger (Cathy), David Dean (Amy) and Tim (Christie).
