He is survived by: his children, Kimberley Axiotis (John) of Hixson, Tennessee and David Kohut (Jill) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his granddaughters, Lauren and Rebekah; and his brother Fred Kohut (Loretta) of Libertyville.
