She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Donald and Georgia Ann Hurd DeBord; her daughter Lisa Sullivan; and her brothers, Donald, Haskel and Dennis DeBord.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Doug" Lewis; her granddaughter Laura Wright; her great grandchildren, Brayden Willmore and Olivia Wright; and her brother Hollis DeBord.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pikeville Funeral Home Chapel (39299 TN-30, Pikeville, TN 37367).
