She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Freeland and Neva Freeland; her husband Henry G. Howard; and her siblings, Ruth Shadden, Larry Freeland and Margaret Long.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya Mullis, Joe Edgemon and Scott Edgemon (Dee Dee); her sisters, Sara Malone (Tommy) and Nancy Kaplan; her sister-in-law Joyce Freeland; her grandchildren, Amanda Hardin (Andrew), Hunter Edgemon (Lauren) and Haven Edgemon; and her great grandchild Scottie Edgemon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
