We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Annie Mae Sanders of Hixson, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cleghorn and Martha Cleghorn. She is survived by: her siblings, Lillian Allen, Marie Lasley, Henry, Troy, Newell and Elbert Cleghorn; her children, Calvin Stuart Sanders and Lisa Renee Rawlston; her grandchildren, Holly Walker Couch (Steve) and Ryan Billings; and her great grandchildren, Mia Couch, Mason Couch and Ikaya Billings. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“Annie Mae has been an important part of our lives for many years. We tried to always keep in touch by phone since we moved to Meigs County. She was one of the finest Christians I have ever known. I'm very sorry we won't be able to come to her funeral but circumstances won't work out. Know that our thoughts are with you. We know the pain we are feeling but also the joy that she is free from pain and suffering. We will see her again. N. B. and Footsie Whitehead.”
