He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Love Neeley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Neeley; his children, William Layne Neeley, Jr. (Pam), Terry Neeley (Becky), Ricky Neeley, Tony Fite, Regina Renee McCart (Clarence), Sherry Neeley and Patty Lowe; and his grandchildren, Crystal Hill, Jason, Justin McCart, Terry Jr., Jessica, Kimberly, Ashley, Toby and Brittany. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
