He is survived by: his wife Ethel Miller; his stepsons, Richard Essary and Joe Essary; his siblings, Charles Miller, Wilburn Miller (Peggy), Johnny Miller (Kim), Jean Welch and June Escue (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Brandon Moore (Kaitlyn), Jessica Passwater (Christian), Rhyen Essary, Roy Essary and Richard Essary Jr.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
