He is survived by: his stepmother Elizabeth Rackley; his wife Tina Moore Rackley; his children, Amie Rhoton (Kevin), Jamie Meister (Tracy), Jenny Doud (Michael), Amber Ramirez, Dallas Johnson (Christina), Nicholas Johnson, Jay Rackley, Brandon Rackley (Cortney) and David Tidwell (Jane); his siblings, Darlene Rackley, Oliver Rackley (Anna), J. C. Rackley (Sandra), Masea Rackley (Joyce) and Paul Rackley; and his stepbrother Frank Thomas. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
