He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter and Flora Mae Anthony Bryan; and his siblings, Jack Bryan, Walter, Jr. (Big), Vernon and Juanita Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Parks Bryan; and his children, Peggy Delaney (Ken), Parks Bryan, Patsy Vaden (Bryan) and Polly Simons (Tim).
