She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sherrill and Verbie; and her siblings, Deborah Sherrill, Anna Jean Schittini, James Robert Sherrill and Paul Howard Sherrill.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Alexander; her children, Johnny Alexander, Jr., Anthony "Wayne" Alexander and Laura Sims; and her brothers, Rex Sherrill and Gary Sherrill. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
