She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Andryszkiewicz and Stanislawa Andryszkiewicz; her grandson Cody Jackson; her great great grandchild Carter Gladish; and her daughter JoAnne Jackson.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Carl Jackson; her grandchildren, Celeste Gladish of Smyrna, Christy Weaver of Murfreesboro, Lonnie Weaver, Cory Dziadkowiec and Joel Jackson of Hillsboro; her great grandchildren, Chelsea Campbell of Nashville, Sloan Campbell of Murfreesboro, Brandon Gladish (Sula) and Bethany Gladish of Smyrna; and her great great grandchild Claire Gladish.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
