James Elkins Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elkins and Ardean Elkins; his wife Judith Elkins; his stepdaughters, Cynthia Taylor and Kelly Wilson; his siblings, Rice, Frank, Jerry Elkins, Jane Oakley and Catherine Austin; and his great-niece Mandy Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Elkins (Becky), John Elkins (Debbie) and Regena Travis (Bill); his sister Elanor Roper; and his grandchildren, Ashley Muller, Rachel Elkins, Julia Travis, Alexis Travis, Ben Travis, Tyler Travis, Cameron Travis, Alivia Travis and Lucas Travis. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
