She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Bates and Willie Mae Boyett Bates; her husband Billy Frank Henley; and her daughter Phyllis Ann Henley. She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Daugherty (Greg), Donna Bradford (William), Barbara Sherrill (Phillip) and Cheryl Webb (Kerry); her grandchildren, Adam Daugherty, Ashley Boyken (Matthew), Kelly Hall (Adam), Sandi Sidlowe (Bobby), Melissa Jones (Jonathon), Stephen Sherrill (Anna), John Dillon Medley (Amy), Billy Dalton Medley (Amy), Melissa Clement (Brett), Trent Webb (Laura), Jordan Webb and Austin Webb; and her siblings, Betty McMahan, Carl Bates (Gloria), Doris Ciatto, Linda Burgess (Larry), Sondra Reed (Gerald), Philip Bates (Paulette) and Karen Kasprzyk (Mark). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
