He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hawkins and Dorothy Hawkins; his wife Shelia Diane Hill; and his brother John Hill. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Hill of Nashville and April Hill of Smyrna, TN; and his sisters, Penny Hill and Monica Housand of Florida.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital in his honor.
