He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Parks and Maggie Thomas Parks; his wives, Helen Parks and Joan Parks; and his siblings, Charles Parks, Grundy Parks, Wayne Parks and Jewell Keele.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Parks (Dianne) and Randy Parks (Jamie); his stepson Duffy Cribbs (Brenda); his daughter Robbie Brewer (Danny); his sisters, Helen Campbell and Elsie Dotson (Dale); his sister-in-law Topsy Layne; his grandchildren, Kerrie Pippenger (Keith), Matt Brewer (Nicole), Krista Smith (Jason), Andra Brewer Ivy (Jimmy), Kelsie Adams (Bradley) and Lindsey Duke (Clay); and his cousin Sammy Parmley. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
