He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Harrell and Annie Pearl Brown Harrell; his granddaughter Stephanie Miller; and his siblings, Bud Harrell, Elizabeth Kennedy, Della Cooper and Louise Vandergriff.
He is survived by: his brothers, Implement Mill and Stewarts Feed Mill.
