She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley D. Boles and Melva Boles (Pennington). She is survived by: her children, Robbin Warren, Sharon Langford, Penny Petty and Robert Cox (Tammy); her sisters, Jo-Ella Sizmore and Joyce Mullins; her grandchildren, Rachael Grogran, Adam Gilpatrick, Marcea Petty, Martha Mclerran, Anna Mclerran, Gary Boles, Jacob Warren, Lacee Hix, Karlie Webb and Baleigh Watson; her husband Shirley Cox; and her sisters, Christine Melton, Evelyn Lane (Ragford), Vonda Watson and Lois Boles. She is also survived by her family and friends.
