He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Trevathan and Louis Sybil Wells Trevathan; his granddaughter Megan S. Trevathan; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Trevathan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Trevathan of Hilham; and his sons, Wayne Trevathan of Michigan, Brent Trevathan of Michigan, Vincent Trevathan of Michigan, Joe Trevathan of Hilham and Arnold R. Trevathan of Hilham. He is also survived by Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive along with other relatives and friends.
