He is survived by: his wife Carrie Alice Brown Smalley of Hickory Valley; his son Michael Ray Smalley (Melanie Johnson Smalley) of Hickory Valley; his grandchildren, Sarah Morgan Smalley Bell (Ryan) of Bolivar, Shelby Maisen Smalley Arner (Chauncey) of Murfreesboro and Seth Mitchell Smalley of Hickory Valley; and his great grandchildren, Dallas Brooke Bell, Dottie Blair Bell and Demi Brynn Bell.
